Order process:

Once your order has been validated, we transmit it to our partner artisans who begin manufacturing the rug. Once finished, the rug is shipped to our premises in Toulouse, where we carry out a careful check before sending it to your home via Chronopost.

Good to know :

- The colorful Beni Ouarain rugs are unique pieces, made by hand, on a traditional woven loom. As a result, we are able to guarantee a reproduction that is 70-80% similar, but never 100% identical.

- Dimensions do not include rug fringes. (they will be present on both sides)

- Due to artisanal manufacturing, the final dimensions of the rug may vary by + or - 10 cm
